Thank you for shopping at Bowlkin. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers within Vietnam and internationally to select countries. If your shipping address is outside our delivery zones, we will notify you and offer a refund for your order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier:
- Domestic (Vietnam): estimated 2–5 business days
- International: estimated 7–12 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bowlkin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Bowlkin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
